FREE REPAIR

When your Infrared cabine has a defect Health Mate® is always available to make an appointment to repair the defect. A lifetime guarantee is valid on Health Mate cabines if:

  • You're the first owner and you are in possession of the invoice. 

  • The cabine has been used as described in the manual. 
     

Reparations within the guarantee are always free, if you already have the cabine for a longer time it could be the case that a non-recurrent fee for transportation will be charged.

EXAMINATION

Because our products are biding and have a lifttime garantie they are being resold regulary. We encourage this since we don't like to see our cabines reach the dump. But be aware of the fact that if you are a new owner because of this reselling process you will not have the right to any lifetime guarantee anymore. 

Therefor we offer the service so examine these second hand Health Mate cabines. At that time, if necessary, the cabine will be repaired so you can enjoy your Infrared cabine for many years ahead. 

MOVE

The IR cabines of Health Mate® are made of red cider wood and unfortunately this type of wood is quit fragile. 

It's not too difficult to uninstall the cabines and putting them back together but an accident happens fast. Therefor we offer a moving service so the client can be sure of safe move of the cabine.

At the new address your cabines gets a full revision and we repair the cabine where necessary.

Health Mate® makes an exception when there's improper damage; for example damage caused by lightning strike or corrosion damage because of a damp room.
