Thanks to our lifetime warranty, repairs within the warranty period are completely free, as long as you are the first owner and the cabin has been used normally. For repairs to infrared cabins older than 2 years, a transport fee will be charged.
Our saunas are sustainable and are often resold. As the new owner, you are not entitled to the lifetime warranty, but with our inspection you still get peace of mind. We check, repair, and replace where necessary, so that a second-hand infrared cabin will also last for many years to come.
A Health Mate infrared sauna is made of red cedar wood: durable, yet fragile. With our moving service, you can be sure that your cabin will be safely dismantled, transported, and reassembled. At your new address, we will immediately carry out a revision and repair any damage.
