When you purchase a Health Mate infrared sauna, you are choosing long-term peace of mind. The lifetime warranty is part of our unique 3G method: Great health, Genious design and Guaranteed quality. All you need to do is register your purchase of your Health Mate infrared sauna below. Even if you bought your infrared sauna through a distributor, the warranty is provided directly by Health Mate. This way, you are always assured of complete support.

What is covered by the lifetime warranty?

Health Mate offers a lifetime warranty on the main components of your infrared sauna:

  • the heating elements;

  • the LED lighting and color therapy;

  • the control panel;

  • the power supply;

Repairs to these components are always free under warranty except in cases of improper use resulting in damage; this also applies, for example, to damage caused by lightning strikes or corrosion damage due to an excessively humid environment. For repairs to infrared cabins older than 2 years, a transport fee will be charged.
