I can only confirm this: we’ve had an HM infrared cabin for more than 10 years… Highly recommended! Especially for muscle pain and joint issues.. 👍

It's my outdoor retreat, wonderfully warm and twice a week 😊 I feel younger again 😉 definitely recommended, but you have to use it regularly, not just occasionally 😉
