You can test a Health Mate infrared sauna during a 30-60 minute session, free of charge and with no obligation to purchase. You have the choice to explore the sauna alone or with a companion. We guarantee you complete privacy in a private room.

What should you know about a trial session?

We recommend bringing light clothing or swimwear and your own towel for your comfort.
Please note that showering after the session is not possible in every store.
